Tenderloin was large and very tasty! Kids burgers were excellent and the wife’s patty melt was amazing and the large fries were too notch with everything fried in beef tallow! Service was great as well treated us very very well! Next time we are in St. Louis we will certainly be back! If you are looking at expanding KCMO would be a great spot!

I went to Pierce Creek for the first time yesterday. The food was delicious! I never knew about tallow fries but they are amazing! I had a dry January mocktail that was delicious as well. The people were friendly and happy to explain the farm to table concept. Highly recommended!

Pierce Creek on Old Olive Rd blew us away! My Pastrami Reuben with Beef Tallow Fries was perfectly made — tender pastrami, just the right amount of dressing and kraut on crisp rye. The Steak Hoagie with pimento cheese was equally amazing, made with beef raised on the owner’s farm in Londell, MO. They serve Friendship Brewing beers and other great craft beers and spirits. The staff was fantastic and even treated us to a cookie — so good we bought more to go! You can truly taste the farm-to-table freshness.

Walking in for the first time, I was “Wowed” right away. Follow along with the photos and I’ll give you a short tour… Against the wall straight ahead is the bakery with sweet deliciousness awaiting you. To the right, the cooler holds the season’s best vegetables from local farms. MOOving into the center of the store, you’ll find candles, special gift baskets, cookbooks and stories by authors in the St. Louis area, skin care products, and many more locally-sourced foods, condiments, sodas, chocolates, wines, beers, coffee beans, and a selection of mocktails (no alcohol but 4 mg CBD CBC and THC each) made right here in Missouri! The other side of the open area is a display filled with packaged meats and cheeses, houses the butcher’s shop, and the hot deli foods are next to where you place your order. The cold deli is on the other side of the register and leads you to the soda machine and into the well-stocked bar area and the dining room. There are Happy Hour specials Tuesday through Saturday from 3 pm to 6 pm. The main menu boards are on the wall behind the deli and they list all of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for kitchen prepared meals. The MOOst cool part to me is that they use their own ranch to source the beef. It’s all pasture-raised, grass-fed grain-finished, no unnecessary antibiotics, zero added hormones, and raised local! There’s a butcher onsite who does all the processing of the meat. You can pick your steak from the display or have some wrapped and taken home. So many options! Come in and take your time looking around because there’s a lot to take in. Say hi to the owners, Kent & Rachelle, when you’re here! They enjoy meeting and chatting with the customers.

I was expecting this place to be a restaurant, but i walked into a bakery/butcher/local market and restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. The meat in the butcher case was so fresh and looked like perfect cuts of meat. They sell local harvested and fresh made treats. There is also plenty of seating, and even a small wine and spirits counter for your alcohol needs. Ordering food was simple and easy. Staff were so helpful with answering any questions i had. I picked up some lunch for my coworker and opted to pick me up a sweet treat from the bakery. I ordered a brownie. Man oh man, the brownie was so rich, chocolatey and oh so rich. It had crunchy chocolate morsels inside and a smooth rich chocolate icing. It was a little on the sweeter side, but not overly sweet that i couldn't enjoy it. My coworker order a steak salad and it looked so delicious. Im definitely going to come back to grab some food.

Ranch to Table and a whole a whole lot more. What started as a ranch raising cattle in a humane and sustainable way right here in Missouri now has a butcher and restaurant so you can experience the freshest and best tasting food right from the ranch. They also have an amazing market curating great tasting local foods from our regions best entrepreneurs. It is incredibly hard to choose what to order off the menu from the famous Reuben from their original Kohn’s, Steak sandwiches and what I think is there hero of them all the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. This is the real deal. This cutlet is HUGE and the photo is real. The most amazing thing was every single bit was crunchy! Whoa!! The bakery is also amazing and for those of you who may not be meat eaters they carry Harvest Shreds plant protein as a Korean Style plant based sandwich for those in your party looking for great tasting vegan/vegetarian options. Pierce Creek is also one of the few places in town selling Harvest Shreds in bulk in the freezer section. They are now open for breakfast lunch and dinner and the space is full of windows and sun. Great outdoor seating with heat lamps. Be sure to check this place out. I am going back and only hope I can convince myself to try something else on the menu but that Pork Cutlet is calling me.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner before going to an event nearby. We'd never been here before, but went completely off of other reviews and photos. We were not disappointed! I got a patty melt and my wife got the regular smash burger. Both were fantastic. We made the "mistake" of getting a large order of fries to split. The only mistake was that there were sooooo many. They were delicious and perfectly cooked fries, just about twice as many as we could eat. The owner came and talked to us and did a little self-promotion. We really enjoyed that personal interaction and insight into the business. My wife works nearby, so we'll definitely be back.

This is my second visit to Pierce Creek. I was warmly greeted by staff and was interested in ordering their Pork Tenderloin Sandwich again. The quality and taste was exactly the same as my last visit. This spot has all the distinguishing characteristics of a quality pork tenderloin sandwich. - pounded thin but still has a thickness to the pork - the classic larger size for a great price - quality breading that stays on throughout the meal - all the condiments and fixings to make your own take on the classic sandwich - lastly, a staff member told me it is cooked in quality fat. I believe beef tallow. The taste shows this extra touch I have eaten pork tenderloin sandwiches across Iowa, Indiana, and central Illinois. I don't say it lightly, this is to date the best quality version I have tried. Thanks for bringing quality casual food to Creve Coeur and go check them out.

My second visit to Pierce Creek Restaurant in Creve Coeur, MO, was just as good as last month when I first ate here. This time I got the Turkey Pastrami, and I asked for it on sourdough bread instead of the dark rye listed on their menu. They happily substituted the bread choice for me. I also had their Beef Tallow fries with chipotle mayo dipping sauce, a side of their Cucumber salad, and Excel Black Cherry straight from the fountain vs bottle. The sandwich was delicious as were the fries, cucumber salad and soda. Kent, one of the owners, went around to all the tables of people who were eating to ask how their meals were, and he spent considerable time at each table, including mine, to chat and get feedback. I can’t remember the last time an owner or manager stopped by my table to ask how the meal was. I will always frequent locally-owned restaurants whose food is consistently delicious and whose wait staff are cheerful and professional, not to mention owners who care about the food and service they are providing. Great food experience, Pierce Creek!
